Notifications keep you up to date on activity across your workspace — comments, @mentions, task assignments, due dates, and more.

Viewing notifications

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of the app to open the notifications popover. Notifications appear in a feed with the most recent at the top. Each notification includes:
  • Who triggered it (e.g., a teammate who mentioned you)
  • What happened (e.g., “mentioned you in a comment on Jane Smith”)
  • A direct link to the relevant record
Click any notification to navigate directly to the record it references.

Real-time updates

Notifications are delivered in real-time — you don’t need to refresh the page. When a new notification arrives, the bell icon shows an unread indicator.

Managing notifications

  • Mark as read — notifications are marked as read when you click them
  • Notification preferences — configure which notifications you receive in Settings → Notifications
If you’re getting too many notifications, adjust your preferences in Settings. You can turn off notifications for specific event types while keeping the ones that matter.
