Profile
The Profile section lets you update your personal and company information. Orbis uses this context to personalize AI drafts and enrich your data.Personal information

Company information

Security
Orbis accounts are secured through Google. To manage passwords, two-factor authentication, and security keys, visit your Google Account security settings.Notifications
The Notifications section controls when and how Orbis alerts you.In-app notifications
Choose which activity triggers in-app notifications:- All new messages — notify for every new message
- Direct messages and mentions — notify only when you’re mentioned or messaged directly
- Nothing — disable in-app notifications
Email notifications

Connected accounts
The Connected Accounts section shows which third-party accounts are linked to Orbis. Orbis currently supports:- Google — sync Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts
- LinkedIn — import your connections archive
Appearance
Theme
Orbis supports light mode, dark mode, and system-default mode. Switch themes from the appearance settings, or cycle through all three with the keyboard shortcutCmd+Shift+L (Ctrl+Shift+L on Windows/Linux).
Language
Select your preferred language from the dropdown. Orbis supports right-to-left (RTL) layouts for Arabic, Hebrew, and other RTL languages — the entire interface reflows automatically when an RTL language is selected.Billing and subscription
The Billing section shows your current plan and available features.Free plan

Data & privacy
Export your data
To export all of your data from Orbis, contact support. A full data export includes your contacts, notes, campaigns, custom object records, and settings.Delete your account
To permanently delete your account, scroll to the Danger Zone section on the Profile settings page and click Delete Account. You’ll be asked to confirm before deletion proceeds. After your account is deleted, any connected Google and LinkedIn integrations are automatically disconnected.Keyboard shortcuts
